For outdoor enthusiasts and adventures! The VILLA DU GRAND FLEUVE is located in the tranquil Domaine du Hameau du Cap-Blanc in Saint-Irénée, in the heart of Charlevoix. This charming villa offers a unique holiday experience, between the sea and the mountains, in an area rich in outdoor activities, gastronomy or simply to recharge your batteries.

NEW AT THE VILLA: Outdoor 4 seasons spa! Bluetooth speaker, espresso/cappuccino/latte machine, coffee grinder, outside fire pit, home theatre.

The villa provides amazing views and soothing sounds of the waves in this warm and very well equipped house. In season, you can even watch whales.

The villa is built on three floors and surrounded by wide galleries. It has four bedrooms, 3 on the second floor (one with a balcony) with a shared full bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom is located on the garden level with a bathroom with shower. The home theatre is also on the garden level. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living room with the surrounding windows, a comfortable dining room with a table for 8 and an open 3 face fireplace.
